• SESSION FEE: $15 per student

• SETUP: The photos will be taken indoors in front of the stained glass wall.  

• IMPORTANT INFO ON WHAT TO WEAR: 

  We will do some pics with the children holding the cap and then wearing the cap. So, girls can wear bows, but then we will take the bow off for them to wear the cap. It is best if you wear a white shirt or a collared shirt. Girls can wear bows. White bows look best.
  
  

  BOYS - Wear a white collared shirt with or without a tie.

  GIRLS - Wear a white dress. You can wear a bow if you want.

$15 (+tax) - Asbury Ark Grad 2025 Pictures - Digital & Print Packages are sold separately.  Must be Prepaid and Signed up by Monday, April 7, 2025 by 1:00 pm.  No Exceptions.

Within 2 weeks of the session, we will have your images online for you to order.  

Packages start at $29.  

**There will be a 10% off your order of $50 or more if placed by the deadline.

* ONLY ASBURY ARK STUDENTS WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED

****All session fees are non-refundable.  This is to ensure your time slot as we have limited time slots for our clients.

I understand that the session fee of $15 (or $20 if signed up after 4/7/25 1:00 pm) is due now to book.  This fee covers the portrait session on the scheduled date and time.  The session fee is final and non-refundable.  I understand that Elaine Pierce Photography LLC and employees, plus Asbury Ark and employees, do their best to get my child to smile.  Elaine Pierce Photography does not offer retakes.  I understand that Print and Digital Packages are purchased separately and start at $29.  I agree to the Details and Terms of the Session as listed above.  I do hereby release Elaine Pierce Photography LLC and Asbury Ark and its employees of any and all responsibilities, damage, or injuries.
