Deadline to sign up: Monday, November 18th by 1:00 pm 

There is a $15 session fee per child.  If you sign up after the deadline, the session fee will be $20 per child.  So, be sure to sign up on time.  Thank you!

Wear your favorite Christmas outfit or Christmas PJs!

Proofs will be online within 2 weeks after the picture session and

packages will be purchased separately.  Packages started at $29.

The setup will be a simple setup.  Santa's suit is red.  Green on the children looks great, but any color will work.  Thank you!

SESSION FEE
$15 (+tax) - Benton Preschool Santa 2024 Pictures - Packages are sold separately.

The session is on Tuesday, November 19th.

PACKAGE INFO
Within 2 weeks of the session, we will have your images online for you to order.  

Packages start at $29.

**There will be a 10% off your order of $50 or more if placed by the deadline.

GUIDELINES

* ONLY Benton Preschool STUDENTS WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED

* Siblings will be allowed to take pictures.   

****All session fees are non-refundable.  This is to ensure your time slot as we have limited time slots for our clients.

 

I understand that the session fee of $15 (or $20 if signed up after 11/18/24 1:00 pm) is due now to book.  This fee covers the portrait session on the scheduled date and time.  The session fee is final and non-refundable.  I understand that Elaine Pierce Photography LLC and employees plus Benton Preschool and employees do their best to get my child to smile.  Elaine Pierce Photography does not offer retakes.  Sometimes, children will cry while with Santa, but this still makes for a cute picture.  I understand that Print and Digital Packages are purchased separately and start at $29.  I agree to the Details and Terms of the Session as listed above.  I do hereby release Elaine Pierce Photography LLC and Benton Preschool and its employees of any and all responsibilities, damage, or injuries.
