DETAILS & TERMS OF SESSION

SESSION FEE
$175 (+tax) - Tree Farm - Family Mini Sessions - includes 20-minute session (digital purchased separately)
($25 of the fee goes to the Tree Farm for their fee)
Digital Packages are purchased separately
$350 for 10 digital images
$450 for 15 digital images
DEPOSIT & CONTRACT INFO
$175 deposit is due upon booking. (a contract/portrait release will be emailed and must be signed as well to guarantee slot) This MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND CONTRACT SIGNED to guarantee your time slot.
SESSION INFO
Family Mini Sessions are held in Benton at the Tree Farm. These are 20-minute sessions and accommodate up to 6 immediate family members. If you want additional people in your photoshoot, please call Elaine Pierce at 318-965-0099 to discuss this. (additional fees may apply and you may need to choose 2 sessions back to back to ensure time for your session). Your images will be uploaded to a private online gallery within 2 weeks of your session for you to view and you will purchase your digital package. Once the final selection is made, digital images will be fully retouched and emailed to you.
DIRECTIONS
Directions and information to the Tree Farm will be sent to you the day before your session. If you have any questions, please contact Elaine before you register for a session.
****All session fees are non-refundable. This is to ensure your time slot as we have limited time slots for our clients.****
**PLEASE NOTE** We are set for the above dates and times. Weather conditions may cause us to reschedule. Reschedule dates could be either weekends or weeknights depending on availability. Please keep this in mind when booking. Thank you for your understanding.
